Well, there is nothing good about love handles, it protrudes by your side, you walk with difficulty and get tired, it makes you look ugly and it adversely affects your health. Exercise your fat belly

What is the best exercise for stomach fat has been a subject for much controversy in recent time. Now I will tell you the simple truth. Exercise that must burn a particular fat portion must involve the whole body. Note that such fats are deposited everywhere in your body, but the position of the belly makes it more recognizable than other areas.

First your metabolism must be increased. Although, the purpose might to burn a particular love portion, it must have significant effects on the whole body. First thing in the morning - drink water.
This is important as the thought of getting rid of love handles. Drink at least a cup of water when you wake up in the morning before any activity, even brushing. This makes your body to burn stomach fat beyond your imagination. It is not true that drinking much water leads to water retention, but rather inadequate intake. When you fail to take enough water, your body tends to hold on to every available drop by storing them in places like legs and hands. Sufficient water intake helps in your exercise and helps your body to metabolized stored fats.

Cut down on sodium intake.
The best way to consumed sodium is to add extra salt to foods you have cooked. Therefore, avoid adding salt after your food is done. Food seasonings, condiments, and canned food are rich sources of sodium. Consuming excess sodium cause harms to our body, among them is water retention. As I always say, check container of canned food properly before purchase. In this way you will prevent those love handles from emerging.

Love handles are not incurable, what is most required is self-discipline. Make consistent effort to reduce sodium intake. Take more of calcium, which can be found in tomatoes, onions, cucumber, carrot, and a host of others. Exercise your whole body and allow your system to burn those fat portions. You must surely see an improvement.
